Hi guys!
I, like most of you fantasy love some beardlings. And have a pretty good collection with heavy norse theme. That being said I just came back to them and most of them are the multipart plastic clan warrior box from gw (6th ed?). And for the life of me I can't find a good match for them. Size and armor wise. I love reaper, but they are heavily plated up. Vendel look good, but I think they might be too small from pics I've seen. So my question is, Do you know of any good rank and file norse-like dorfs? Or have had good experiences or favorites of any company? I'm considering Midlam, Forlorn Hope and Black Tree. But I really dont know. |

I believe 6th edition was Empire vs Orcs. 7th had Dwarfs vs Night Goblins…
You should be able to find those online, especially with this Age Of Sigmar release coming, I can imagine a lot of WHFB armies going up for sale… |

Oh man, the EM4 ones look great for nordic dwarfs! Capt Flash I meant the mulitpart box that was around before the most recent dwarf warrior sculpts. I could get cloth armors and good helmets with that box. But now they're gone and I was looking for a new one that wasnt armed to the teeth sorta speak. I was considering AOW ironshields(cant find them either) but I think I could pick up some of the em4 ones. |

Hahaha I meant Ratnik. Oh man thats embarrassing. Also found some good norse dwarfs at Reaper. The hahalberdier dwarfs, dwarf warrior unit (9), and dwarf swiftaxe, not sure of size though, gonna order some later tonight. link Thats the link if you scroll they have enough for a skirmish unit when you mix em all. |
