Here is what I spent doing for the last 2 weeks, putting in new shelves for my minis and terrain…not too outstanding but better and now I have all my stuff organized and can actually get to it. link Tom |

Thanks for posting this – now I can show this to my wife and say "Hey, see, I don't have a problem. Look at all that stuff!" On a more serious note, however, that is an impressive amount of hobby going on right there. |

Holy cow! You've got enough inventory to open a gaming shop. |
darclegion | 26 Jun 2015 2:09 p.m. PST |
Thanks! I have thought of that too, I have enough stuff to open a gaming shop..haha. Nope. I just dread the day I ever buy a new house and have to move. And I get real nervous everytime there is a Tornado warning in the area. Glad its organized. I decided to start a new game, starting with my roots, that began the whole hobby for me. The Alamo. So I am making a Alamo game now. But I am keeping it simple. Its a lot easier to move around now…which is wonderful. Before, I felt like I was a wee bit over stuffed. Tom |

Tom, are you using the coffee table Alamo, or doing another one? I like the new set-up and am gobsmacked at the volume and variety of toys you have painted and accessible to game with. Very cool – as only a geek could recognize :^) |

That's impressive. Don't your figures get dusty? |
darclegion | 26 Jun 2015 10:06 p.m. PST |
Thanks! nope, the Alamo coffee table is a permanent diorama. I have an old Hudson and Allen Alamo painted that I already had prior to building the Alamo Coffee table. I use some nicely painted Blue Moon 15mm Mexicans and Texans with it, along with a few musket miniatures. I one day plan to switch over to 25mm Alamo figures. As far as dust, the garage door never comes up. Maybe a little dust here and there, but I do not mind dust. Some of my minis are 10 years old. |

Tom, I've been a big fan of your epic armies and terrain layouts for years now and congrats on the excellent makeover of your gaming space… but the thing that jumped out at me most from amongst the large hobby-shop's worth of little metal and plastic men and materiel is your "Better Call Saul" billboard, which I assume is for Zombie or other Post-Apocalyptic gaming purposes. It's absolutely FANTASTIC!!! |
darclegion | 27 Jun 2015 8:52 a.m. PST |
Well Thank you!! I made that for my wife…..as the whole idea of making the zombie game and terrain was a big influence from my wife, who loves the Walking Dead and Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, as well as I. I was trying to put some humor in my billboards. We are playing our first zombie game tonight, starting out on house rules until I get some zombie rules. Tom |

Very cool. Where did you get the Boba Fett a Storm Trooper armor from? |
darclegion | 29 Jun 2015 12:26 p.m. PST |
I got the two costumes about 2003, when I was in the 501st Stormtrooper Legion. I bought both of them off Ebay. I paid way too much for the Boba Fett costume. But it looks good on a statue. Tom |

Next time my missus comments on the extent of my collection, I'm going to direct her to your site. An amazing array! |

Some of my minis are 10 years old. Only 10 years to amass all that stuff? You are the ultimate gaming geek. Bravo! Phong |
