Here's my progress on my watchtower project. Finished some roofing work and also did some conversion to a Verlinden kit where I replaced the kit roof with my own shingled roof. Added some damage that shows the framing underneath, I think the overall effect works pretty well; link link link link link |

Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated. Yep, the larger square tower is converted from a Michaels Crafts bird house. The other tower with the roof damage is a converted WWII Verlinden 1:35 scale kit. Verlinden kits are great because even though they are a bit pricey, once you get them they have limitless conversion possibilities! |
