I've got some models coming up in my painting queue that will be the start of my "Brits in Space" force. Still mulling over painting ideas… Redcoats… red tanks, red infantry? something nautical? ocean camo? inspired by the Union Jack? blue with red and white stripes? So, how do you paint your sci-fi Brits? |

Where are they fighting? Orange and pink camo makes no sense for an arctic environment, and white kit is useless in an aliem orange and pink jungle. |

Red is more associated with Russians today, so I would use brown or tan, their WWII colors. The Union Jack can be used as insignia. Check out the Imperials for Warzone. |

Chaunter Scheme or Berlin Brigade Scheme make alot of sense as do the Dazzle RN patterns. Challenging to paint though! |

Where are they fighting? Wherever needed. |

If I had to choose, it would be DPM, or something close to that, most likely. |

For infantry, I'd go with Khaki. Vehicles, probably some wild geometric scheme like 'Space Caunter". Maybe blue green and brown. |

Just make sure one has a Union Flag flying from a whip aerial out of a backpack, that's what mine have…. |

Pulp then possibly redcoats. If you're shooting for WWI or WWII in space then khaki or brown like Warzone Imperials. Other stuff probably an appropriate camo pattern. |

Thanks for the suggestions! I think I'll go in a Pulp Imperial direction… |
