Anyone use this line? How do they compare to dedicated miniature paints? |

I use the medium body tubes to get control over thickness. I have used a couple of colors in the soft body line, primarily metallics. They cover extremely well and are easy to blend. I recommend them, especially for washes. |

I use the soft body ones on a regular basis. They are expensive but you get a lot in one bottle and they have a lot of pigment compared to model or craft acrylics. The color range is limited. I use a drop in my palette and a drop of water to thin it down. Colors I use are: White Yellow Burnt Sienna Prussian Blue, which is really dark. Burnt Umber Green(s) I painted up 700+ Prussian Calpe figures and still have paint in the bottle. |

I use metallics. They work well. I don't like the others as much and stick to other paints. |

I use them a lot – but sadly they no longer come in the little pots, just tubes. They cover very well, don't fade, don't dry out. Excellent paints. The most useful colours for me are Deep Portrait Pink (for flesh), Titanium (a very nice off white), Bronze Yellow (sandy colour great for undercoating), Payne's Grey (very dark blue/grey – much better than black), but the whole range is very good. |

Consider Golden Fluid Acrylics. The consistency is better for miniatures, and the pigment density is superb. Don't pay full price at Michael's/AC Moore. Get them from Blick. |
