In 28mm or there about. This is for a fantasy project so they don't have to be exact size. I am open to toys, clix, or even some 15mm stuff too. Thanks |

Foundry makes some and I think Crusader has some too. Check out various gladiator ranges. |

Hey Shokie, Check Wilson's. They're a couple of doors down from Borderlands. Their toy section has all manner of critters. I've found a few there myself. Good hunting, Robby |

Irregular Miniatures have a range of 25mm animals, including lion and tiger – link – but the gorilla is the closest to a monkey that they do! Chimpanzees in the Eureka range, but I think the only monkeys are winged ones in fezzes or gibbons with AK47s. |

My polar bears are plastic figures that I picked up for a quarter each at one of the local party stores. They were pre-painted in a minimalist sort of fashion, but I spent a little time painting the noses and otherwise customizing them. They had other animals, though I don't remember just what, or if any of the others were appropriate scale for my 28mm figures. I don't know what species of monkey you want, but Reaper does sell a baboon along with an ancient Egyptian priestess. Grelber |

Michael's also is a source for tubes of various types of animals. Many are very close to 28mm size and they come already painted. Also look in your local dollar store such as Dollar Tree, Dollar General, etc. in the toy section. I found a couple of great looking elephants at a Dollar Tree a number of years ago. Jim |
