I picked up the Historical Turning Points: Misery PDF so that I could play through a campaign with some friends.

This PDF is set in 3028 and covers the conflict between the Wolf's Dragoons and the Draconis Combine at the end of the Wolf's contract.

I plan to play through all the scenarios and started with Thrust and Parry.

For this game, I balance the forces via points, but I might adjust that in future games to just be # of units.

It was a fun game and even with 32 mechs on the table we completed the game in about 2.5 hours.

The Dragoons were easily able to complete their required scans and then retreated with the acquired information.

Great report! I love Alpha Strike! It's my go-to minis game now, and the plastic Catalyst Lance packs make getting into the game cheap and easy!

Great scenario choice!
