Just finished this first Zug, of what will be a Großdeutschland regiment collection for Chain of Command. Over the next 5-6 blog posts, I'll be retracing the regiment's history from the launch of Operation Barbarossa on the 22nd June 1941, and until their final annihilation in 45, passing by Stalingrad (Wintergewitter) and the battle of Kursk on the way.

These are superb,I thought COC was single figure based?

Thanks Trance – yes COC is just that, but we've worked out a system at the club using casualty markers for this purpose, allowing multi-based units (say for FoW) to jump over a participate in a game of COC.
