A 4'x4' table for skirmisch games (like Mordheim) is going to be expensive $519 USD for 10 sets unpainted, painted it's $960. USD 10 sets is currently enough for 4' x 3.33'.

@ $110 USDk we get 2 extra floor tiles per set, so it's still just short of 4' x 4'. It's close to the FW resin boards for 40k in price, but offers more flexibility and durability. Also a lot more walls!

I'm in for 10 unpainted sets.
