I have backed the latest Zombicide Kickstarter – Black Plague. The figures look great. I know its a board game but the figures will also work brilliantly for general gaming. The stretch goals unlocked mean there are some pretty good and novel zombies as well as some werewolf's in the set. Certainly enough to do a good skirmish game using some of the skirmish rules out side of playing the actual board game. In fact I am thinking the recent Dwarven Forge City Builder stuff would fit really nicely do to a zombie filled fantasy town. If you haven't seen the KS check it out, I think its pretty good value for money, considering the quantity of figures now in it, even if you don't have any interest in the board game side of it. link |

I agree, they are making some very nice figures. And I think the game will play well, having played their modern zombie game |

Zombicide (modern) is indeed a fine game. And the minis alone in Black Plague are basically a all-in-one Mordheim set. |

That was my thinking. I have played the modern original zombicide, but none of the expansions. However this one screams mordheim type games. :) And you get the board game to play too.. |

I'm going to be pretty busy over Winter Break this year painting zombies from this Kickstarter and city scape from Dwarven Forge. I think with a little modification the DF stuff could make a 3D Zombicide:BP board. That should be pretty cool. Both of those Kickstarters could enhance our D&D games. I'm already eyeing up some Ravenloft books. I think we may take a trip to Barovia and see how Stahd is holding up at Castle Ravenloft. If Zombicide:BP makes it to a second season I hope we get vampires and castle tiles. |

Resistance was futile and I backed it last night. The figures can be used in any fantasy board, miniature or role-playing game. And those wolfz are just great. |

Are the figures 28mm for this game? |

They are. They should be in the same scale as all the other Zombicide miniatures. |

And the figure details are very crisp and will paint up nicely. |

I thought they were 32mm… Are the details as good as they look in the campaign pictures? |
Citizen Kenau | 18 Jun 2015 2:16 a.m. PST |
The figures in the current Zombicide games are easily a match for any metal ones. So I expecxt they will be as good as in the pictures. |

The detailing on the figures looks good. The hero figures are really nice, but so far the zombies. I have a big bunch of metal VFM 28mm zombies and they are nice, but no where as detailed as this. |

Well the stretch goals keep tumbling. I have been thinking about how to paid them, and recalled a someone had done a good grey/white and black simple colour scheme which looked really effective. Monochrome esq. Might be easier to paint than doing full colour. Just trying to find the link.. anyone know the post I mean? |

One of the guest artist's is Carl Crichlow…that's right, boys and girls, Thrud the Barbarian and the infamous Black Currant can grace your games of Zombicide. (Interestingly, predictive text suggested zooplankton bitch was the phrase I was looking for when typing Zombicide). I so wish I had the funds to be back this… |

Just cracked two more KS only stretch goals too. The $400 USDk Abominarat look grim and nasty.. in a good way. Kind of hoping we make it as hight as that. Its certainly a lot of figures now for the cash. |
