Owing to a slight cock-up.Everyone thought someone else had done it already. Yesterday afternoon I had to placed a frantic very late order with Caliver Books for some of their rather good 15mm card Waterloo Buildings.
I explained my predicament to Mr.Ryan, "no problem!" he said " they'll be with you tomorrow" and they were were. Arrived bright and early this morning.

That's great. I always say that the best measure of a company's customer service is how they handle problems. Have to say I've been pretty impressed with Caliver of late, my last order turned up witihn 24 hours! |

Agreed I ordered BBB rules recently and they sorted out the postal muddle in very quick time. Guy there called Chris does great customer service! Regards |

Recently went to UK for holiday . Managed to source some books i've been looking for direct from the Shop. Service was exceptional, and they make a mean cup of tea. Highly recommended. |
