I need to find some orcs that don't look like they hit the gym everyday . . . |

I like these sculpts. They did not copy GW for a change. |

Hell of a lot of steroids in that line up. Perhaps they have their own twist in lore. They look good, but more epic hero than gnarly unseelie. The ogre looking fellows are most impressive. Samnite, I agree with you. My favorite orcs ever were Tom Meier's original Ral Partha's. Scrawny, cringing and with barely repressed viciousness. There are some other lines with a similar feel, but most follow GW's roid raging apes model. The nasty, cowardly but vicious thing got shifted to goblins, but unfortunately almost everyone follows GW's excessively comic overtones. You might want to look at Old Glory 25's Orcs. Not as muscular nor as bold as others. link IMO, O&Gs should be feral, nasty, vicious things. Individually weak, dangerous en masse and vile. |

Excellent renders however I think they look entirely to healthy and pro athletic for monsters. If humans lived in a world with those, man would have been wiped out while still in the caveman stage. Unless everyone spend six days a week in the gym and only clash on the seventh;) |

I like the big guys The little guys look like the kind of person you might have a few beers with in a bar (err, maybe that depends on the kind of bar you go to), not goblins I like the idea of everyone working out in the gym six days a week and only fighting on the 7th. That would make a good story John |
