Hi folks,

After slow progress and the diversion of some Zulus, I've returned to the Lion Rampant retinue I've been working on and painted some spearmen:

The princess looks NICE!

I just got finished with a couple of early Grenadier AD&D minis. I had stripped them of their sad, goopy, pre-teen paintjobs, and they were back to ugly dark grey lead. I was less than impressed with their appearance, until the white primer hit them, and wham! Like magic, I found those old fellows had some surprising detail!

If only I had had spray primer in '82.

My apologies for the derailment. It's ridiculously late. I, too, shall check your site, tomorrow.
