Those are really nice! Question: With some work… can they be used both for Sci Fi and Modern warfare too?

Really they look ultra-modern, but the guns aren't quite right. However they do resemble the "little green men" we've seen in Crimea and the Ukraine. Plus the description sounds very current Russian. I would say you could use them for both if you're not too picky Armand. |

Really good looking minis. As to where to use them? Wherever you want! Unless you game with a bunch of total sticklers (insert appropriate expletive for stickers) I can see these in modern, scifi or post apoc. And if you listen to sticklers, well, that's your choice. |

I'd use them, maybe with a few headswaps, as cultists of some sort – Genestealer/chaos cults for 15mm 40k, or whatever takes your fancy. Because a) they look like nice sculpts and I'd want to find a use for them somewhere, and b) they aren't wearing gasmasks, which seems to be the go-to look for cultists for some reason. Anyway – yeah, use them for SF or moderns. I'd be interested to see how they compare with Rebel's Sahadeen as well. |

cheers all Im rather pleased with these sculpts and they will be followed by more options including a 'guards' version of the troops with exo assisted upgrades. Ill also have some heavier weapons such as mortars and Zsu AAA style weapons which will fit nicely on the back of some 'technical's' style vehicles. Ill keep you updated :) |

When these will be available, approximately? From the greens, I would say they would work well as a ultra-modern russian special forces or near future VDV/similiar, a bit more elite formation in light kit. Even better if there would be some sort of lighter ballistic helmeted head (halfcut or russian equivelant) available. From my point of view rifle is AK enough in 15mm scale, and taking on account that the new AK-12 is highly modular and russian specops tend to rig their AKs into allmost unrecognizable levels with accesories and aftermarket-kits, these are good to go. Few links to demonstrate:
MGs need some mods, but you could use them as AEK-999 (quite similiar in shape, what I can see) so if youre doing MVDs anti-terrorist taskforce hunting HVTs in chechnya or similiar, these would go. With small conversions would go as a pecheneg/PKP too, propably. Same with RPK – though barrel lenght matches better to this. I have seen few quite kitted-out RPKs in russian hands, example:
RPGs would propably go just fine, same with everything else: Number of specialised commercial accesory kits available. Going to use these (when available) as special forces, while Oddzial Osmy provides "common" infantry. |

Amazing sculpts, with minimal conversion or just a fitting color scheme, I can see them in just about any situation. |
