Here's the deal with printing at a Kinko's or Staples, etc.
Make certain that you have all sorts of proof that it is YOUR work and ONLY your work. If it's someone elses work, like those lovely Billy Bones paper soldiers you can buy through Wargames Vault, or himself, then make certain you have all sorts of legal documentation that you have the right to make copies of them.
I was denied service at both Staples and Kinkos, even though the files I bought allow for copying for personal use. Both sites refused saying that it was their policy to NOT permit copying of anything other than personal documents and government forms, etc, because they were afraid of getting sued.
I. Kid. You. Not.
I wrote to Wargames Vault and they kindly offered to provide me with supporting documentation so I could get copies of those paper soldiers printed. I suspect that you will run into similar problems with other paper-goods downloaded as watermarked pdf's, etc.
Anyway, that's been my experience. I could have printed them at home, but with the cost of printer cartridges, it's a bit pricey these days. I also wanted some different paper than what I had to hand, so I figured I'd just bring my pdf copies on a thumb drive. No dice.
Ah well better luck to the rest of you.
