I've been painting some Sikh gentlemen in 20mm and to be honest, they are cracking little figures. I got them from Old John of Vintage 20mil and they are still available from him. I couldn't tell you what manufacturer they were originally.

I gave them a white undercoat and painted them with thinned down acrylics, which saved having to do much in the way of highlighting. You can have a look at some pictures here.

They are Ral Partha Victorian Colonial figures which are "true" 25mm. They are still available from:
