Did you do the bases, or are they someone's product?

steamingdave4707 Jun 2015 11:50 p.m. PST

What scale are they?

Attackcamel08 Jun 2015 8:14 a.m. PST

Thanks guys! They are 1/2400 scale, mostly GHQ. I wish I could take credit for the bases, but they are Old Dominion Game Works ( link ) I fiddled around with base ideas for weeks before I settled on something pre-made. It was worth it in the long run!

Inspirational! I too love your/their basing.

Sigh. Makes me long for completion of my Royal Navy v Regia Marina in the Med 1:3000 project, which I entrusted to a well-known (at the time) specialist in painting naval miniatures, who promptly closed down just after receiving my 199 models. I did get them back 3 or 4 years later, with some started but none finished, but haven't managed to find the intestinal fortitude to tackle the job myself. Sigh.

Anyway, your toys look very good indeed, particularly in the larger scale. I salute you sir.

Might I ask the kinds of paint you used? Very nice work indeed. Lloyd

Mostly Vallejo, I use a lot of their air products for my airbrush and normal brushes. Some colors are games workshop.
