Something that got even less publicity – the British 'Sleeping Beauty' one man sub. It could be set to submerge and surface up to a week or so later. One was recovered a year or so ago off Western Australia where it had been lost during WW2 training exercises for attacks in the Pacific. |

Close cousin of the USN's SEAL Delivery Vehicle, though this one seems to have a much larger range. Armand, the difference is that it's designed to take the swimmers back after their mission. |
