Ive finished my first unit for Italian wars gaming (My favourite system is DBR but hey they are landsknechts.. they will work for anybody in any system :>


Models are Freikorps sold by QRF.
Ok models but they could be cast better.

Are the pike wire or part of the lead casting.

If wire, do the figures have open hands, ready to receive the wire pike?

Wire.
They have open hands, or at last should have – most of mine have them badly cast and I have to sculpt fists with Green stuff.
Last row (helmet and armour) had them cast perfectly and keep pikes almost glueless, but two front ranks (less than half of them had their palms cast at all..
