We're also getting a lot of bounced emails from hotmail email accounts. 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable This may mean that TMP has been mistakenly put on a blacklist. We have submitted a request to be removed from the list, if we are on it. |

Hotmail is bad since they folded it into livemail. You click to go to the next message and it buffers horribly, so it might not be anything to do with you. |

Didn't have any trouble last time the email authorizations came through. Checked the main domain and it isn't on any major blacklists. I checked your email provider: cybrhost.com The two servers listed there were not blacklisted either. You have an SPF record: theminiaturespage.com. 10800 IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx include:cybrhost.com -all" I'd call cyberhost and have a mail server admin check the logs. |

550 usually means dead email address. If you're doing bulk mailings hotmail will screw your delivery if you send emails to inactive accounts, the trigger is anywhere between 0.5 to 5% of daily sends. |

Actually, 550 could also mean you're mailings have been marked as spam within users inboxes, again it comes down to volume marked as spam within a certain time frame. Once one of their users marks you as spam they won't deliver any more emails from your ip or domain to them. I'd say it would be a combination of these two factors. |
