Try using Quilt patterns for colors and standards for hour Imagi-nations. I used them for the Army of the Grand Duchy of the Grand Duke of Gorgonzola and they look great. Take the basic quilt pattern scan it and put it into an artwork manipulation vector art probram to add in roundels, numbers embroidery and it looks great. |

Health Warning – recommended for use on 25mm and upwards only. The author will not cover the medical costs of those trying this with 15mm and smaller figures. :) |

Excellent idea! Any pictures of yours? |

Dear Joe Would that I could. I can't upload pictures to TMP. I won't pay for a photo server. However, if you wish, send me your e-mail to mine (sigurd@Eclipse.net) and I will send you a Jpeg of the dozen or so I have ginned up. If you wish, and send me your postal delivery address, I'll send them on stick-back label stock you can peel off and wrap around the staffs and use them directly. I also will send you the colors and Standards for my Imagi-Nation Armies on the same stuff. This is for four Imagi-Nation Armies. Otto |

@Otto thanks very much- I shall send you an email! I have a system for my own colours and standards more or less worked out I think, but I'd be fascinated to have a look at yours. As for pictures, I've been using Imgur.com successfully here. It's completely free, very little advertising and is easy to use. You don't need an account or a login of any sort. Just upload a picture and it gives you a range of links to copy and paste for different applications. The one for message boards is labelled "BBcode (message boards and forums)" Voila!
