Very nice Eric, must say when I read the title the first thing that went through my mind was some robber baron tossing monks off the battlements to make them reveal there treasure hoard.:) Cheers happy gaming nice to see the plastics being used with gusto. |

Believe it or not I hate the movement trays so I am pimping them up… they come from Warbases |

I have mixed feelings about the movement trays. On the one hand, it is much easier I am sure. On the other, you lose the feel and look of a skirmish game and it starts looking like a game of Warhammer with a paltry number of units. |

Why use them at all? It's not like there are a huge number of minis to move in a game this size…. |

We use the movement trays to speed up the game… aesthetics came second |

Thank you Eric The Shed for the "Monk on the Run" idea. I ran a Lion Rampant scenario for Camaraderie(Ladies Miniatures Gaming Club) using your idea as the basis then modified it a bit. The ladies had a blast! It was a nail biting game to the very last moment. |
