Well there is some detailed work gone into them for sure
But I'm not sure the brown wash/dip helped
But I guess that's the holy grail we're all trying to find – a dip that'll work well on white

Considering they are the scale I play… this is a very good job!. You have to see mines! (smile)

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply the workmanship was poor.
The level of detail is way beyond my skill set!
It was just a comment on the wash [especially on the trousers in the 1st & 2nd pictures] and, if you like, a plea for comments on others who had found a way round the brown dip look. My apologies for any offence caused.
As for scale, I presumed they were 1/72nd?
& we [Marc the Plastics Fan is my brother] play with them as well
One day Marc will manage to post pictures of his work [& that, I think, you will enjoy]

Thanks for posting these pictures, Armand. If I'm a liitle lazy about posting here, you'll usually do it for me! I'd like to see some of your stuff here one day ;-)

Gary, the flash has exaggerated the contrast between the wash and the paint. Under natural light the contrast isn't quite so noticeable. I like the grimy, dirty campaign look for my troops. Yes, they are 1/72nd metals by Franznap. They're a great match for plastics like Zvezda and HaT.

Rosbif… a pleasure for me!. (smile)
Good job by the way!.

Gary, I perfectly understand. Those are part of my own Armies. 1/72 plastic of course!. (smile)
