"Saber's Edge is shutting down, news from Chipco as well." Topic

Paul at Saber's Edge just announced he is shutting down his webstore.
This is sad news but he is moving along to other things.
Chipco has announced a discount on their product's prices as well. There are a couple of other details but I'll let them bring the rest of the news themselves, if they choose to do so.
Thank you to Paul, Chip, and Curtis for so many years of fun and great service. Kudos and excelsior!

Agreed. Paul Knowles is a stand-up guy. I once asked if he could let me download all the rules I've purchased through his site because I had a hard drive meltdown. He said to list the games I'd bought, which I did. The list included a few titles I thought I got from him, but actually picked up from Wargames Vault. What does he do? Says that those particular rules were not purchased through Saber's Edge, but gave me the benefit of the doubt that I bought them elsewhere and provided me all the PDFs I listed.
A class act, that guy!

Sorry I have been out of the Loop, but my wife and I had to had to move, Job change, computer redo, and scary medical problems that ended up not a problem.

So, our extreme friend Paul at Sabers Edge has given me the files which I now know how to send out.

Chipco will have three offerings. We only except Paypal or cash right now.

1) FR!3, FRTCE, and Chipco Chess $15.00 USD

2) LPE, CT, and AOG $15.00 USD

3) DOK $9.00 USD

DOK includes any updates I (finally) finish. I know what I want to do, and how to do it. I just got beat up so much about optional rules in DOK2, did not do it for a while. Some simplification, campaign rules, and different army roster rules. Pretty similar to FR!TCE in some respects.

I will also have some miniatures for sales I will share with this group first. Will post tomorrow starter DOK armies for $15 USD each with purchase of DOK or another group of rules.

I have really just now really began to appreciate these rules. Chip's original concepts were really nice!
