The Jan Evertsen was trapped in the colonies by The Loss and soon ended up in mothballs. In 2252 the Guardia Espacial de Altiplano brought the Jan Evertsen out of mothballs as part of its "orphan fleet." The Maarten Tromp-class frigates weren't a great fit for Altiplano, but the Guardia Espacial was desperate for ships and the Jan Evertsen's long endurance provided a badly-needed capability.

Pretty useless, since you cannot even see what you have to pay to download.
