I have OB's that list down to the regiment but don't give strengths. Does anyone know of an OB that lists how strong each division was, or at least each corps?

This lists total numbers for the armies but is not broken down by corps or division.

The best source on the strength of the ANV in the Battle of the Wilderness can be found in Alfred Young III, Lee's Army During the Overland Campaign: A Numerical Study (2013).

The following is taken from Table 16 – Infantry Strength of the First Corps at Selected Points during the Campaign – May 5; Table 17 – Infantry Strength of the Second Corps at Selected Points during the Campaign – May 5; Table 18 – Infantry Strength of the First Corps at Selected Points during the Campaign – May 5. Note that the the strengths are those "present for duty", "effective strength" would be approximately 94% of the numbers "present for duty".

Do we have anything similar for Union army ?

jowady24 Jun 2015 1:42 p.m. PST

Generally speaking the monthly returns for the Army of the Potomac can be found in the ORs (The Official Records of the War of the Rebellion). The Union Army took official rolls around the end of the month. The ORs rarely go down to regiment but generally you can find Division or Brigade levels. Sometimes you'll see another count after a big battle.

The ORs are generally available in printed form in any good library, they are also available on CD and online as well. Remember though to question the Vth Corps numbers as Warren deliberately undercounted his numbers.
