Oooooo, I like those.

Does look a bit like there is a danger of the rider getting stung in the head though, by the creature he's riding.

Best not to be too abusive with the spurs.

Why is it always the case that I just receive an order from someone (in this case GZG) then I see something like this the same day they turn up!

Those are so good.
Mine I wasn't sure what they should look like and just kept spraying and brushing. And they look it. Like a spray board.
Maybe it would be good to strip them and redo them.

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

50g/2oz butter

12 large raw prawns

2 garlic cloves, crushed

salt and freshly ground black pepper

small handful parsley, chopped

Preparation method
In a wok or a large pan heat the oil and butter. Add the prawns and garlic and stir well.

Stir fry until the prawns are pink (about 4-5 minutes).

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and scatter the chopped parsley over. Serve at once.
