Ok, so these six ducks are my Death Cult of Hueymakt, a Glorantha-themed Warband for Brink of Battle. They have been converted from Rebel Miniature's 28mm Ducks boxed set; I swapped out most of the swords for plastic ones left over from my plastic Amazons, likewise the helmets, shields, and hood cane from leftover plastics. Not shown are another sword-and-shield duck, bow duck, and spear duck, as they are not part of th warband proper. I also have two spear ducks not yet worked on, they are reserved as crew for my Drulzekki War Hippo…

These look amazing! The helmets worked well, I think. I've always loved Runequest/Glorantha ducks, so it's been fun to watch your progress. |

Thank you, Daryl. The helmets are in fact the PERFECT size! |

I like to make themed terrain for all of my forces. I made some huts on stilts from Worldworks Games printout scenery and some bamboo skewers. So, this is a suburb of Duck Point. I still need to make some canoes to go with them…

Why do ducks need canoes? |

Ducks can swim. They are good at floating. Ducks in varying degrees of clothing and bronze armor, as well as heavy kit, make them sink. If the ducks were naked and free, there would be no canoes needed :-) |

Yes… that is kind of the attitude the Lunar Empire has towards the Durulz… kill the ducks, everything is their fault! |
