hello

Mississippi County Adams Dragoons
Vermont Militia Cavalry
Boston Fusiliers company
New York 7th Light Dragoons
New York Militia Acker's company
Newburgh Hussars
Michigan Cavalry
Maryland Dragoons
Connecticut Dragoons
Connecticut Governor's Foot Guards

there were others US units dressed in redcoats (the whole unit, others than some regimental musicians of course)?

I recognize that plate as the 7th NY Dragoons from p.56 of "Military Uniforms in America".

What is your source for the other red coated units?

A very interesting topic and thanks for posting it.

Hi Lilian,
Yes I am familiar with Olivier's site, unfortunately he frequently does not list his sources. Also, I have found some errors on his own plates but he always graciously accepts constructive criticism and quickly changes his plates. A great resource nonetheless.

The first plate (fusiliers) is new to me or I have forgotten it. Many thanks for posting it. It will be useful as I soon start to paint/build units for a Bladensburg, North Point and New Orleans war games.
