I believe the Russians used the US 57. Not totally sure about that though.

Yes, the Russians got a few hundred of the US version, as did the French and the Brazilians, who both operated on roughly US equipment. The Russians also got the half-track mounted SP ones, which were designated as SU-57s.

For the British model, everyone who operated under British and Commonwealth TO&Es used it, so British, Indians, Canadians, Aussies, Poles, small numbers to the Czechs, Dutch and Belgians. The Dutch went heavily British-equipped post-war, so bought a bunch more in '45, a lot of which ended up sold to Israel later. Other major post-war users included Pakistan and South Africa – small numbers appeared in all manner of odd places though.

Canada used the 6 pdr. A platoon of 6 guns in each inf battalion. I think some of the div AT regts used 6 pdrs too.

I assume other commonwealth armies did the same.

Not sure when it was retired from service in the Cold War and replaced by the 106mm recoilless rifle.

The Italian Combat Groups formed in 1944 used British support weapons and transport, so would have had 6-pr guns. The Canadians and New Zealanders in European theatres most certainly did, and likewise the British equipped Polish, Belgian and Dutch units and formations.

Free French Armd Divs were equipped from US sources in similar fashion so would have had the 57-mm M1.

Post-war, the IDF used them. It appears that they initially acquired 6pdrs, but later bought both versions.

ROK troops began using the 57mm when the U.S. began equipping them for the Korean War.

I'm not sure at what scale they were supplied to China during WWII. They were used by both sides in the Civil War, but it's unclear as to how much of the Reds' equipment was captured from the Nationalists vs. got by other means.

Pakistan was a significant post-War user, fielding both versions.

American airborne used them in Normandy when the US equivalents weren't available. Not a TO&E thing though.

Did a little digging. It appears that during WWII the Chinese were only supplied with the 37mm ATG. ROC forces certainly got the 57mm from the U.S. later. For the PLA, I couldn't find anything to distinguish whether they were using Soviet or US 57mm ATGs.
