Nice and impressive but beautiful? If you consider out-of-the-box, unmodified, plain jane Sails of Glory ships 'beautiful' (which I don't), then I guess it is… |

I tried rigging a wooden ship once…..never again. I have and like these ships. Ready to play out of the box. |

C2, In the eye of the beholder. I rather like them though the masts/sails could use some paint. Bit expensive for me though. I use the Wizkids Pirates of the XXX line of plastic card ships for my AoS games. |

I really like mine! A little ink wash and thread for the rigging and BAM, awesome sauce. As far as cost, they are comparable to GHQ at $12 USD-17 a pop and come with stat cards, maneuver cards, are prepainted and each ship is actually two playable variants by simply flipping the card in the base. |

Beautiful enough for me, thanks. Very beautiful indeed, I think. |

i actually like the ships themselves. theyre colorful and bright and i think it adds some good diversity to the look of the game at a quick glance. the bases are a little clunky and the sails could use some rigging, but theyre not bad looking ships |
