I bought the war & empire figures but none of them reply the email. i use the contact function on their website and reply the order confirm email too. no one replied. im in china i need to know the status of the package. so if anyone know their working email please tell me.

I've never tried to contact them, but I've ordered from them a few times and have always received my order in a reasonable time frame. |

Don't take this the wrong way, but I know a few company owners who in private tell me that they absolutely will not fulfil any orders to China or Hong Kong due to the massive level of model piracy being perpetrated there. I've no idea if FiB has blacklisted China. Have they charged you and not sent the goods? Or have they simply not taken your money or order? |
