I guess you'd have to have seen any of those movies to get the joke.

There were a few cuties posting pictures of themselves in blue bodypaint.

Hadn't really noted whether that phenomena had legs…

As a racist, anti Western, anti technological propaganda film.

You forgot anti-corporation and anti-military.

Or it will be remembered as the best reboot of "FernGully: The Last Rainforest" and "Dances with Wolves" ever.

Why isn't anybody having sex with Sigourney Weaver's avatar?

That was funny;and pretty accurate about Cameron.

It's not accurate about Cameron. He made T1 & T2. Both considered among the best action movies made
And claiming the terminator isn't etched into culture pop or otherwise is stupid.

Hell people even today talk about the possibility of a real skynet

Ghostrunner25 May 2015 10:36 a.m. PST

Look up Colossus: The Forbin Project.

Cameron was hardly original when it came to Skynet.

As a fourteen year old seeing it for the first time, it didn't really strike me as a new idea even then.

I didn't say original just that it made a huge in pact on culture. Much more then the avengers or the dark knight.

Ghostrunner27 May 2015 2:41 p.m. PST

I'll agree the name 'Skynet' is catchy. So you've got a point there.

I just don't think anyone with any real grasp of history will ever credit him with coming up with the concept of machines turning against their creators.

Colossus
Battlestar Galactica
Golum
Frankenstein

just to name a few.
