Hello everyone - Any tips-n-tricks for repairing the long, thin, Grenadier plumes that break off? I've tried various types of glue but they don't seem to help or, if the mini has already been painted it damages the paint! The ones I'm having the biggest issue with right now are the OG 28mm Russian Line Grenadiers. These are really skinny. link |

I wonder if you're not better off inserting a pin and then sculpting the feather-texture over it? That tiny surface area connection is always going to be tenuous. |

Flashman14 is right, there really isn't a good way to fix them. Better either leaving them off or sculpting your own the way he suggests. |

What size wire would you use? What would you use to sculpt – green stuff? |

best bety is probably clip off the plumes that are broken, make them into Musketeers, and but another pack of OG Grenadiers! The plumes on the Russians by OG are quite slim and fragile. |
