Which superheroes which were once popular, are no longer interesting? |
Moe Ronn | 17 May 2015 7:20 p.m. PST |
Superman Batman Spiderman Hmmm. Perhaps they should reboot them. Maybe as a movie. |

Do you want a hero bizarre and exotic (and kind of lame,if I remember correctly).Try Amok, a Phantom clone from the 40's. link Not a superhero in the traditional sense, but anyone remembers Mandrake? |

I think Lobo, while not a super hero exactly, would fit the bill. He was crossing over into almost everything DC was publishing in the early to mid 90s. He had limited series after limited series, then got his own unlimited series and was still in additional limited series. And now they killed him off and replaced him with some hipster kid version of himself or something. Another answer would be all of them, at least in comic book format. None of the comic books are selling at anywhere near the level they used to be. |

No answer to your question, Bill, but the topic reminded me of Superman's Song: YouTube link |

Anybody who gets involved in any kind of franchise, basically. Occasional exceptions only serve to strengthen the point. |

I wouldn't say no longer interesting, but the Shadow is a great one that no longer registers on folks radars. |

Not sure if they are no longer interesting – but there's very little interest in : Challengers of the Unknown. Adam Strange. Tigerman. Ragman. The Demon. Deadman. Phantom Stranger. |

I suspect Comics in general are not popular, unless they are on an electronic device… |

Poor swamp thing never gets any love. We are more alike than we seem. As to the OP, Doc Savage and The Spider. Also Tarzan. |
