Having ordered from The war store and Pendraken directly it is faster to go directly to the manufacturer. The war store has to place your order which they only do 2 times a month and then when they get it they need to ship it to you. It takes about 2 weeks to get the figures directly from Pendraken. |

DEFIANTLY what Generalstoner49 said. I have done both, and will just go to the source next time. Pendraken does not have unreasonable overseas shipping, or at least didn't a few moths ago. And FWIW, I used to sing the praises of TWS every chance I got, but my last two experiences were quite aggravating. |

Or I think Caliver books can order it and ship it to you without the shipping cost assuming you purchase over their minimum needed to qualify for free shipping. |

I've been waiting 5 weeks for my latest Pendraken special order from TWS and still nothing and I ordered the day before one of their posted twice-monthly orders went out. Direct order from Pendraken may be the way to go if TWS doesn't carry what you want in stock. |

As others have said, both Warstore and Great Hall Games can take your orders. The turnaround times are sometimes a little slower, especially at the moment as we've just had 3 shows in 4 weekends (including Salute!). We're getting back on top of everything now though, so anyone with a Warstore order outstanding should be seeing it soon. |
