I just got some of the Aventine Sugdhian Cavalry and I am VERY pleased by the quality. I live in the continental U.S. and got the figures in about a week. The castings were very clean and the figures are full of detail and variety. Every figure is different and they come 3 to a pack. One problem was that one pose of the horses had a right front foreleg miscast. When I contacted the company they not only replaced the three problem horses but sent me SIX replacement horses. The horses actually look like true steppe horses. If you have Turkish, Central Asian, Abbasid Arab, Ghaznavid, Sassanid, Bulgar, Avar, Magyar, armies etc I highly recommend these figures! I actually plan on changing the bowcases and using them as Seljuk Heavy Cavalry. |

Hi Perris0707, Are you sure that these figures could be used as Magyars? If so which packs would you recommend as suitable. Hunlion |

Glad to hear. Aventine's stuff is really first rate and I've had great service from them every time I've ordered. Oh man. I see on their facebook page they are doing Huns. Don't do that to me! Too much good stuff. |

I would say the SASS 16,17,19, and 23 Packs would be good as Magyar Nobles. You could add feathers, plumes, etc to the helmets too for more variety. Pics here: link |
