Hi guys!

Does anyone have any info on the flagpoles used by the Elector's infantry during the WSS?

Were they painted? Did they have spikes like the French? What colour were the cords – and did they have them!

Thanks in advance!

The ferrules ( spikey thing) on the Bavarian standards were gold, as were the cords and tassels. The staff was usually painted or stained a dark wood mahogany color, though plain light wood was also used.
