I have finished some bocage/hedgerows for 6mm. Here are my two blog entries with details [URL=http://s302.photobucket.com/user/Kealios/media/My%20terrain/6mm%20Bocage%20Hedgerows/20150513_1959141_zpsqqvvecdz.jpg.html]

Very effective. When I first saw it, I wondered how you got past the warping effects of air dry clay, looks like those skewers you place down the middle act as a stabiliser against that. I will be trying some of these. I used Baccus 6mm walls as the sub structure to my standard hedging, but yours looks much more natural because you can put natural breaks in it. |

They look really good, I have some 6mm bocage to do someday, so I'll be taking a good look at your method. |

The shrinkage does bother me a little bit, but I did 20 stands, so if I really want to impress, I'll just be picky about what actually hits the battlefield. If they're butted up against roads or fields, it probably won't even be noticeable. |

Very nice modeling. Also I'd fill the gaps with tacky glue, then paint the 'fix' with the base color. |
