Will the 3mm Magister Militum horse-and-musket strips mix with the 3mm Odzial Osmy Napoleonics?

I'm interested in doing the Seven Years War with with MM but I may need to conscript OO hussars and OO infantry in shako for grenzers.

I know the OO infantry are more spread out. That isn't a problem. In fact, for the grenzers, it will be an advantage. But are the figures of the same height and comparable bulkiness?
