Those of you who follow my Facebook page have seen these but here are my new Vaqueros Americanos for the new PMX Mexican Revolution range scheduled for an August initial release. Northstar will release them simultaneously in the UK and EU. That's Tom Mix in the white hat. Bob Murch pulpfigures.com |

I'm sick of realistic gritty cowboys. THAT's what I want to see. Genuine movie or tv cowboys. |
bogdanwaz | 14 May 2015 12:16 p.m. PST |
I feel a singin' cowboy game coming on. |

Awesome. I hope to see Hoppalong Cassiday, California Carlson, Lucky, and some of my other favorites! Bob, will this be a whole new range? |
The Shadow | 14 May 2015 12:33 p.m. PST |
YES! BOB! AWRIIIIGHT! YOU HIT IT OUT OF THE PARK BAYBEEEEEEEE! "Three Mesquiteers" scenarios coming soon to a neighborhood near me! And the guy on the lower right is the typical 1950's TV western hero. "Restless Gun", The Texan", "The Tall Man", "Laramie". |
Tommy20 | 14 May 2015 12:52 p.m. PST |
I think he looks remarkably like Robert Vaughn in the Magnificent Seven! |
Captain Cook | 14 May 2015 1:33 p.m. PST |
Proper cowboys, I like 'em. |
ColCampbell | 14 May 2015 2:18 p.m. PST |
And the one on the left in the red shirt can be a "Kid" called the Montana Kid or the Kaintuck Kid or whatever you want. Great figures, Bob! Jim |

Thanks for the heads up Bob, bought it :-) |
chuck05 | 14 May 2015 6:36 p.m. PST |
Fingers crossed for some "not" Wild Bunch figures. |
Tommy20 | 14 May 2015 8:46 p.m. PST |
I still want a "not" Brisco County Jr. & gang!
|
jpattern2 | 15 May 2015 6:03 a.m. PST |
As the others have said, that's another must-buy for me. Beautiful work, Bob! And I'll cast another vote for Brisco and friends in the inimitable Bob Murch style. |

I don't want to wait until August…

Any chance of Yaquis (Indians in peon clothing armed with bows and machetes), Bob? They're one of the core troop types for the Mexican Revolution, but still not included in the existing MR ranges. |
Bob Murch | 15 May 2015 6:39 p.m. PST |
I've been thinking of Yaquis. I just watched 100 Rifles with Burt Reynolds as a Yaqui revolutionary. |
Henry Martini | 16 May 2015 8:32 a.m. PST |
Yes, another of those – not – Mexican Revolution pics filmed in southern Spain (that one in fact supposedly set during one of the Yaqui Wars, but to all intents and purposes…),and one of only two I'm aware of to feature rurales in a combat role. |
The Shadow | 16 May 2015 8:04 p.m. PST |
>>And I'll cast another vote for Brisco and friends in the inimitable Bob Murch style.<< Waaaaay before Brisco, i'd like to see the Blackhawks, The Magnificent 7, and The Wild Bunch. |
wingnut | 18 May 2015 5:00 p.m. PST |
I will second Flintloque and the Shadow…. Brisco and the gang would be a nice addition to the 28mm Wild West market. I already kit bashed an Aaron Viva.
Pete and Comet would be nice to have in the series. Wingnut
