Im doing the 32nd foot tm, so Facings are white by all accounts. What colour should I do on the shoulders of the flank grenadier/light companies? White lines with white inside them? Not sure if it should be white lines with red? Cheers |

C. E. Franklin's "British Napoleonic Uniforms", History Press, 2008 (brilliant book) shows while with white. |

I thought they were all red except in "Royal" regiments? |

Unless I'm mistaken, it's red for all, except the Guards (blue). |

Mm my version of Franklin has red wings white trim. |

Sorry, I thought Vayasen was asking about the epaulettes, which are white and white, the wings are red with white trim for all except the Guards, the 7th Foot (Royal Fusiliers) and, after 1805, the 1st Foot (Royal Scots) which are blue trimmed white. |

To complete and summarize the advice given so far; 32nd Cornwall regiment facings white, collar all white, cuffs all white, shoulder strap all white and flank company epaulets red with white trim. Ref Franklin p.196. |
