I found this product at SE…and am really excited about it, but I literally cannot find ANYTHING on the internet about it – except for this one "mini review" that talks about it but doesnt actually USE it…

Hoping some of you have tips?

Basically you have to make a tree armature somehow. I have a box of this stuff and it's basically kinda like flock. So you need to make a 6mm tree and then cover it in this stuff. I bought some small trees off E-bay that I used. They had that green foam top that looks like indoor-outdoor carpeting, so I sprayed them with glue and added SuperLeaf. They look good.

It is meant for super detailing trees to give them a more convincing visual than ground foam products. Suitable for dioramas within miniatures but I can't imagine it for creating table top trees that need to withstand the rigors of our "battles". Maybe adapt it as an alternative ground cover?

I use it making all my trees for wargaming and the stuff makes the trees look great!

Make a mix of water/PVA glue (Elmers glue) at a 50/50 ratio. Spray your finished trees well with it and it will seal the flock and whatever from falling off. It dries clear. Lichen should be coated with glycerin first to keep it from drying out.

For those that use it, are you using it inn it's own, or as an additive? I can see how using the green colors could enhance an already finished tree, but I'm thinking it might be sparse without clump foliage behind it.
