Hi Guys Well we're finally here. Part 3 of my review of the WARLORD GAMES (WLG) and BATTLEFIELD ACCESSORIES (BA) La Haye Sainte Waterloo (LHS) farm set A reminder I'm just reviewing the actual MODEL of LHS that comes in the Box Set, which also includes plastic and metal miniatures (see PART ONE). The first thing I noticed when I commenced construction of the kit was the quality of the material compared to BATTLEFIELD ACCESSORIES (BA) kit (see PART TWO). This kit from WLG is made from a much thinner and flimsier material. It's more like really thick cardboard rather than the thicker MDF? type material in the BA kit. Scott, there is an advantage to you being in Australia. I just read your Part 2 post and along comes Part 3, which I was anxious to read. Very useful review and candid comments. Thanks for sharing. If you actually get to play a battle with each of the models, I would be interested in your further views as to the actual playability of the models. |

Is there a link to the Battlefield Accessories site for this set? I can't seem to find a site other than the USA site: battlefieldaccessoriesusa.com/ Can't seem to find a working site for a BA Australian site to save my life. |

Unfortunately they STILL don't have a functioning Web Site, (frustrating isn't it). However Mike Parker has a Facebook Page (just do a search for 'Battlefield Accessories') or email him directly for a catalogue. mike.parker@tpg.com.au |

There's a 30 page pdf on the FB page for the items. the cost for LHS isn't all that bad – even I didn't blink that much and I'm a HUGE cheapskate. Wonder if he plans to do any of the other Waterloo buildings as well as general buildings for the Napoleonic Wars? Russian would be good. |
