Hi all,
Every month or so I do a book review on my current reading and have just looked at a book written back in 1986 by Julia Page.

If you are interested in the Peninsular War and an important part of Wellington's intelligence gathering this book is a very interesting read.

Edward Charles Cocks was the James Bond of his age.

Someone should do a TV series based on his life, it would make better entertainment than Sharpe and be true life into the bargain!

And I bet he always wore a hat!
