On April 26th, 2015, we had a huge Snappy Nappy "Campaign in a Day" event in honor of the 200th Anniversary of the Waterloo Campaign, at The Portal gaming space of The Time Machine hobby shop in Manchester, CT. The event it self was a huge amount of fun:

Great reports--it looks like it was a blast.

Wow Peter, quite the achievement. That requires a lot of organization. Well done!!
Looks like the Allies did well tactically but failed strategically.

Tough to put any kind of detail terrain onto the boards when you are trying to represent such a large area. Example, Ligny being one town. But I can see why you did it that way. Looks like you cut the OOB's down to half?
What rules are you using?

Thanks for posting!

Thanks, and it was a blast!

Snappy Nappy rules actually zoomed in 1 level so 1 stand = 1000 infantry, 400 Cavalry, or 16 guns.

Just went back and enjoyed the campaign report from start to finish. To me it looks like the complete wargame package. Beautiful wargames figures, terrain, strategy, tactics, command structure, historical OOBs and historical victory conditions!
It hits you straight up what must have been the difference between Napoleonic Corps and 18th century structured armies in those earlier campaigns.
