Hello,
after painting several 28mm macedonians I realised that I have no opponent in my area.

My idea is to base them nicely and sell them.

I would appreciate if you will give me some advice for base-sizes for the most use ancient rules.

My advice would be to paint the bases on the figures, but not to sell them based. This is because there are many basing standards (at least 3 common ones) and everyone has their own technique and uses their own materials- personally, I almost invariably rebase minis that I buy.

I agree that you should leave them unbased. It's much better for the buyer as he can then base them how he wishes.

Alternately, you could also offer to base them to the buyer's specs.

Personnally, I always prefer to buy figs unbased because I can then base and flock to match my existing collection. It always looks better for all the figs on the table to have consistent flock and basing.
