At National Cheese Emporium, you can find many space fleets as this Klingon fleet but small is the size.

Those are "not-Romulans" rather than "not-Klingons," but look very nice.

Actually seems like a a mix of not klingons and not romulans
there is atleast some klingon cruiser

Well I would think of those D7 as the Romulan Stormbirds from the Klingon exchange. The Romulans did have a number of D7 in their fleet, don't know for how long they kept them in it as surely the Romulans would have replaced them eventually.
