Interesting article!
I did notice this:
"The original fort dates back to the 5th Century, when Theodoric I in an attempt to keep the Barbarian Gals at bay founded its first ramparts."

Need to be on the lookout for some of these "Barbarian Gals" in 15mm or 28mm so we can game this!
