I posted a few WIP pics of my village here:

I dry brushed the roads and added three colors of grass and flock. The yellowish was laid out in squares to look like gardens but didn't really cooperate. I think in future I'll do "rows" to look like little vegetable gardens. And at some point I'll add trees, fences, shrubs etc. But overall I'm pleased with the results.

And here you can see 4 more I hope to have done in time for my game on Saturday:

Very nice. I am admiring your Tudor style boarding on a couple of the houses given the scale.

Looks very nice!

Although buildings do show some warping.
Are you using just normal paper?

Thicker paper/thin cardboard might help…

I've also been using cardboard bits (a millimeter thick perhaps) on inside corners and roof supports to make my buildings more robust and less prone to warping.

I like it.

I'm using normal office paper. The one building has a definite warp from being "smushed" by my fat fingers. Otherwise they are all pretty straight.

I like a little curl or wobble here and there as a village of perfect 90 degree angles, plumb walls and straight beams just looks wrong. I've lived in a lot of 100+ year old houses and never found anything to be plumb, level or square!

This is a good looking village.
I did share this work on my Facebook page.

Kind regards,
Benjamin
